We do not charge handling and packing fees, only postage costs. Our DHL fares were negotiated for a minimum cost for printed matter. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes and envelopes are suitable and your items are well-protected. Recicled material is used whenever possible to help in environment protection and lowering costs.

Due to Customs regulations, returns are not possible to Argentina. In case of a defective item, please contact us. Damage on transit is responsibility of the carrier, please contact us as soon as possible with details and pictures of the damages. Along almost 30 years we have always satisfied our customers and the percentage of issues related to the orders are quite inexistent and ever solved.
